Ms. Cheryll A. Escaño is currently the Officer-in-Charge at the Provincial Archives and Records Center (PARC), and also a Social Worker Officer IV in the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO).

Ms. Escaño is a Registered Social Worker. She finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 2003 at the Saint Louis University, Baguio City, and her Master’s Degree in 2008 at the University of Northern Philippines, Vigan City. She is currently taking up her Doctor of Philosophy in Development Administration at the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, La Union.

She spent a decade working in the academe as Assistant Professor III in the Urdaneta City University. In addition to her position, she was the Program Head and the College Dean in the Social Work Department. Ms. Escaño then became an Associate Professor II at the Pangasinan State University.

Her public service career also extends beyond government. She joined some volunteer programs such as the National Association of Social Work Education Inc. and UNICEF in the Case Management of Children Victims of Yolanda.

She is happily married to Mr. Mark Cyril S. Escaño and blessed with two children, Marc Leonard and Mariella Luane.
