Board Member Jerome Vic Odon Espino, born on May 27, 1996, in Bautista, Pangasinan, BM Espino was the son of the late Board Member Victor T. Espino. He is the current Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation president. He chairs the Committee on Youth and Sports.

BM Espino attended Mother Goose Special Science School for his elementary education. He went to Bayambang National High School for his high school studies. Espino earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas where he’s also taking a Bachelor of Laws.
